Tickets purchased for a given day and can not be used out of it. It is not allowed to change the ticket for another date or event. In case of cancellation or suspension of an event, Ticketsdisco guarantees the repayment of the total amount. The user must ensure a credible process before reserve and the accuracy of data entered, since it is not possible to refund the tickets purchased after the purchase. If you are unable to attend the show or make a mistake when purchasing the tickets will not be refund. The tickets are registered and your name will appear in them, so we reserve the right to apply for identity documents at the box office. Please always come with a ID card (passport, driving license etc) that contains a photo of you. Tickets may not be sold, transferred or delivered to third person.
